Dixon Duo, Alto A, polymer: an alto A body with a whistle head and a flute head. This is the older style with the straight head fitting into the widened body - I believe this style is no longer made. I bought this new, but when it arrived the cork in the flute head came loose. I pried the head open with a butter knife (there is a small mark from the knife where I did that) and just stuck it back, and so far it’s stayed there. Because I don’t play flute, I can’t say for sure if it still needs a better or more permanent fix - as best I can tell, I sound equally awful playing this flute head and playing the other flute heads listed below.
