hi folks, this is a great playing flute, i really hate having to part from it.
it plays very easy, and has beautiful dark deep tone, has great balance.
the Mopane is beautiful and smells like no other wood.
rings, slide and keys can be added.

I’ve got one of these, and I’m very pleased with it–couldn’t agree more with Eilam’s desription of its appearance and the quality of the tone. A very comfortable, forgiving instrument, with a complex, woody sound.

I have had several dealings with Eilam and can vouch for him…fine fellar.

I can also vouch for Burns Rudalls…excellent flutes.

Oh, and I can vouch for mopane too. Definitely my favorite wood.

Didn’t Casey make a special nice tight Embouchure hole for you on this flute? I remember how nice it played, when I last visited.

yes, i gave Casey measurements of my R&R embouchure, which plays like a dream (you played that one as well right?),
also Casey’s chimney depth is similar, so this flute does have that R&R like liveliness, tone and response.
Casey is a great guy to work with - really makes sure you get what you want.
