I am helping a friend sell some instruments. Before I go to eBay, I will offer a few for sale here.

Early Copley flute, D, blackwood with silver rings and brass tuning slide. Perfect condition. Current price of a new one with nickel slide is $800. Price of this one: $600.

Casey Burns blackwood Standard, highly polished with tuning slide and beautiful handmade silver rings. VERY Sweet player. Price of a new one is $975. Price of this one: $800.

Sunreed Low C bamboo flute, bit of a stretch for the bottom hole, but lovely, rich tone. Price of a new one $100, price of this one: $65. SOLD

I have one of these Copley flutes–his new ones are better,
I think, however at 600 this outperforms anything
in the price range, IMO (indeed, I think it outperforms some
flutes priced considerably higher). It’s a solidly good flute
and a good value. I’ve made a lot of money
playing this flute. Anybody starting out or wanting
to move up to something good that doesn’t cost
a bundle, this is an opportunity.
