Custom whistle cases?

Does anyone know a supplier of custom case work for whistles and flutes? Currently I use the old standby of a drummer’s stick bag, but I’d like to find someone willing to produce a case with custom pockets.

Thanks.

The maker posts here regularly under the name of “anniemcu”.

I’ll second that recommendation. I just got a case from Annie, and it’s gorgeous. Her workpersonship  is terrific. Very classy indeed

I just keep my collection in a fiddle case. the high end whistles have their own fitted cases to protect them inside…and the Gens and Dogs are in a crown royal bag. Works for me…although I’ve been eyeballing some of those Dickies drumstick bags I see at Walmart.

I’ll be gone for a couple of days, but if you want to PM me with the particulars of what you are looking for, I’ll be glad to give it consideration and if I can meet your needs, an estimate of what it would cost you.

Thanks all, for your kind words.

The case Annie made for me is a thing of perfect utility and great beauty.

She will work with you and accomodate your ideas with improvements.

I’m curious about the Dickies drumstick bag.

Thanks everyone! Gotta love this forum.

Annie, I’ll be it touch soon. I’ve been going back and forth with Paul about what new whistles I want from him, so my case ideas are changing too.

Thanks a bunch.

I back up PhilO 100%, as I am horored to own the twin of his whistle roll. Annie is in a class of her own…

Best.

right now I’m using a modified triple-trumpet case. Room for all the whistles (and a Low D or two), plus my mic, Deger pipes, cables for that, effects pedal for that (in the interest of making a coffee house/pub sound like the great outdoors) plus some extra room for whatever I feel I may need (lately, its been a few spare capos for those fecking guitarists who feel they need to change the key on everything!!!)

it depends on how many ‘tooters’ ya wanna tote. Partitions were easy enough to make, and they are removable depending on what I want to bring along.
