Thanks Pat! Will do! 400 buckeroos, dinner,
and all the juice we can hold for a band of three,
at one of the finest pubs in Eastern Oregon!
We call ourselves “The Blarney Cats”
Trudy Tucker-fiddle;
Lorenzo-pipes, concertina, whistle;
Jon St. Hilaire-guitar, bouzouki, mandolin, vocals
Same on you, Patrick! I’ll have a good ale for you.
I think I will go to dinner at rira . In Portland ,maine . They have the finest rack of lamb I ever had + some red vino and some good music from the downstairs pub . Oh , should I take the elevator to the pub , or take the staircase , ahh civilization
I’m going back and forth between 2 bars trick-or-treating. I get a pretty girl to carry around a tip can for me while I play. Polish people drink green beer and listen to a French-Canadian play Scottish and Irish music. What a country I have to play Irish warpipes this year because one of the tenor stocks on my ghp has a crack and had to be sealed off entirely. It’s grand cash, but I’ll be thankful when I can land a gig in one place for the night and not run about & huff and puff my kidneys out. Keep a poor man in your thoughts and have a pint for me.
