I'm very sad to hear this. He was a real gentleman. A fine makers of pipes and he could tell a great story too.
He told me that when he and Anne moved to Ireland first they stayed at No. 15 Henrietta St which he described as the most haunted house he ever stayed in. I always wondered how many haunted houses he did stay in.
