The slow air Cuimhne An Phíobaire was composed by Seán Potts Senior (tin whistle)

He recorded on a CD Ulster Folk and Transport Museum Archive
http://www.itma.ie/digitallibrary/sound ... ire-potts/

Seán Óg Potts plays it on this Andreas Rogge B uilleann pipes on his CD titled Seán Potts

also http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsYRLJPAZ6s Peter Hunter D set

Cuimhne = memory
An Phíobaire = The piper

Cuimhne An Phíobaire = The piper memory.

I have not seen or found any sheet music for this slow air but you can easily pick it up by ear listen to it a few times.

All the best

There is also a transcription in the Walton's Legends of the Irish Tin Whistle.
