Nice chanter. The mounts appear to be antler, rather than horn.

I purchased a Patkos C chanter about a month ago, and if this is anything like it, then this is a good deal!

Pretty nice sounding chanter.
Is that octave-dropping you, or the reed?
First chanter I've heard with a (slightly) flat lower octave E.
