The Eagle Music Shop in West Yorkshire England used to sell Savage and Hoy Banjo cases.

You can get Eagle Music Shop either by email or Telephone and they could give you info on Graham Spencer.

I tried that eagle music shop...
They didn't have a contact number for him and they haven't been in contact in a while so assumed he had gone out of business.
I see his SavageAndHoy email address is also now invalid.

Right, how to get this £150 back...

I had the same experience as Ben - and that was almost ten years ago!

I got my case eventually. I recall making a complaint to the credit card company I used to pre-pay for the case. Good luck!

As stated I did eventually get the case from Mr Spencer many months after promised delivery. He was full of excuses and his customer care left an awful lot to be desired! I'm surprised he's still in business. Sorry that things seem to have got even worse with Savage and Hoy... I do hope you get your case . I think there may well be quite a few disgruntled pipers with similar tales to tell

I paid for a instrument case from Graham Spencer Savage and Hoy over three months ago never received it,could not get a refund from him,I took the the matter to the County Courts if their is any one else had a simular experience i would like to hear from them.
