I hope you enjoy it. This is the Adagio from Sonata No.1 by Loeillet

Nice playing James! Those Loeillet duets are fun to play.
About 2 years ago, Charlene and I were scheduled to play a brief tune during the "Unity Candle" ceremony at some friends' wedding. About 2 minutes before the ceremony, at a posh Long Island catering house, the wedding director rushed up to me and said" The keyboard player is not here-- can you play NOW?" This meant playing the bride down the aisle, and something quick as a recessional. I said "Sure!". The tough part was that I was also the Best Man! We had some Loeillet and similar duets in our bag, so I went and played the bride down with perhaps the same Adagio on your recordint, then rushed over to do my best man stuff, back for the Unity Candle, back for more ceremony, and finally back over to play a gigue for the recessional. All at an outdoor ceremony, dressed in a black tux 95 degree weather, full midday sun...and then there was the Long Island beach traffic to contend with on the way home. Oy!

That sounds good James. I've tried playing flute duets too but I don't recognize the composer. Several years ago a friend of mine was getting into wooden flute and we tried some Baroque pieces. I'm not sure who the composers were any more. We did play on flutes some Swedish trad music arranged for two fiddles for my son's wedding. That was a lot of fun.

Wonderful early music. I know I said before that the "recorder and the whistle should be friends," but I'm so glad to see the traverso and the recorder getting along in such harmony!
