Another nice one, Norman. Mind if I borrow some photos for the Wooden Flute Obsession Facebook fan page?

Tell us something.: Ive played Irish Flute for a number of Years. Have played Sessions as well but not currently. I have also played Colonial American Flute in reenactment Groups. Started playing Clarinet in 1960 in School and later Community Bands. Also have played Bagpipes Solo as well as in Pipe Bands I played Drums in a Garage band in High School, probably my Instrument I played the best!

Looks amazing, and sounds great :)
That low C makes a lot of noice though...
I'm surprised that you never use the long F key.

A very hansome looking flute there indeed, and lovely flute playing on the clip. Love the use of the bottom keys on the C note, well done !!

Cheers and good luck with the new flute

Lovely work and playing.

I must say that I still have to enounter a constantly quiet fully keyed pewter plug foot joint. But I like the clackedy-clack.

Yes, the clickity clack has never bothered me. I think it indicates that there is something going on down there. It's usually in time with the music too!
