Zampogna Surdulina for sale

Post by sahmadi »

There are still a couple of days left on the auction for the Surdulina

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0379209681

They are a nice set recently made by Hector Bezanis from Apricot wood.

Thanks,
Shan

Yes This is a Good Buy !
Please Read my posts and remarks about the Calabrian Pipe from the Tom O'Horgan
collection on this page. Hector Bezanis lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area
and he faithfully copied this Zampogna after the Pipe that Giorgio Stella brought to Helper,
Utah in 1903. It's a very GOOD DESIGN and well made, as Hector is a marvelous Bagpipe
maker who supports himself by Wood Turning and Carving, Plays the Bulgarian Gaida, as good
as most Bulgarians, and turns out a Bagpipe or two every year since 1984, which
as long as I've known him !!!
