How do you like my Whistle rack?

Post by kintailpipes »

Hi everyone,
I wanted to show off my new whistle rack that my neighbor made for me. Isn't it great?

It's very nice. A little caddy for your whistles. The whistle is such a nice little instrument that you can just keep them out on display like that.

I see you have a bent Shaw as well. I thought I was unique.

You might just as well have him start on another, looks like you'll be needing more room soon!!!

Those are both very nice indeed! I've only had one of that kind where it's a flat piece of wood with a bunch of pins sticking up. Those are very attractive.

I also have (had) a bent Shaw. Isn't that the fate of Shaw's?

Wow, that's a great rack! Too bad that big Copleland Low D kind of throws the proportions off by sticking way out above all the rest-you really should do something about that!

PM me, and I'll send you my address! I'll send you a whistle in return, that fits much better! Been wanting to try one of those for a while now!

Nicely done. Not enough extra holes for future acquisitions. I prefer your vertical design because the spit drains out although the later-posted sideways rack is aesthetically complimentary to each whistle it holds..
