Chanter.
Try 47 - 52mm staple approx 3.2mm ID from .4mm copper. 10 -11mm wide slip at 95mm length. 60mm former.
Sorry for not being specific.
But all the info you might want can be found in the Hegarty Bible 'Reedmakers Guide' which is downloadable from NPUs website (but you may have to join, but hey!

These are the dimensions Alain gave me for my Froment B pipes:
- All staples are made with brass tubing 1/8"ID x 5/32" OD.
Staple lengths: chanter, tenor & baritone regs: 1 3/4". Bass reg: 2 1/2"
Head widths: chanter, tenor & baritone regs: 11.5 to 12mm. Bass reg:13.5 to 14mm
Slips: 4 1/2" length for these. Bass reg slips should be 4 3/4" (slips are then halved)
For best results use 'crisp' cane 20mm OD tubes for chanter reeds. Use softer cane same diameter for tenor and baritone regs.

These things aren't standardized...
So really you need to specify whose B pipes.
The maker usually is the best source of suggested reed dimensions - and staple dimensions (the staple can make a very noticeable difference, though many modern B set makers seem to use 3mm I.D. drawn tubing). I'd suggest that this is a bit narrow for most B designs - Coyne-derived chanters prefer something between 3.1 and 3.5,, I.D. I believe (and I'm giving an intentionally wide range there, since the reed head width and length come into the equation as well).
