Yep, it's a type of essential oil diffuser known as an aroma lamp.

I thought they were called Vapourisers (or Vaporisers or Vaporizers) but apparently not.

They are called "Oil Burners" even though they don't burn the oil (if you do it properly).

If you call them "Aromatherapy Oil Burners" there might be less confusion.
