For non-germans, the ultimate stereotype:
Eisbein mit Sauerkraut und Kartoffelbrei
Grilled Bratwurst, ideally eaten with Senf and a piece of Weißbrot
...and a big, cool Weißbier... (I love it)
For me:
Classical Jägerschnitzel.
I prefer mediterranean and balkanese food though...german food's often too heavy.
