ANNOUNCEMENT: SERPENT MUSIC IS MOVING - TEMPORARY HALT

Post by billw »

I am in the process of moving to either Nashville, TN, or Atlanta, GA, depending on which of 2 jobs I decide to take. This will take place over the next 45 or so days. While it's going on, I am suspending orders for any new whistles. However, if you have a whistle on order with me already, it will be shipped by or before August 8, or if I cannot complete it by then, I will give the option of waiting until I get set back up, or obtaining a full refund. If you are awaiting a red whistle, I will begin shipping them again (just a few left now!) starting September 15.

Thanks for your business over the years, and I am not scarpering - just on a leave of absence. I'll be back in full force soon. If you have questions or comments, or want to place an order and are willing to wait a bit extra, please don't hesitate to contact me via email mailto:bill@serpentmusic.com but PLEASE don't send money until the order is accepted. I don't want a bunch of stuff hanging out swingin' in the breeze while I get situated! :D

Best regards to everyone here, and especially to Dale, for putting up with me over the years... I been better lately, huh? :D I look forward to getting back in the shop, hopefully with a new lathe!
Cheers,

Let us know where you decide on, Bill.
If it's Atlanta, I'll have to come & visit once you're set back up!

Tell us something.: I play whistles. I sell whistles. This seems just a BIT excessive to the cause. A sentence or two is WAY less than 100 characters.

Yeah, that is because misery loves company!

Just in case you did not know it, TN had a sales tax of nearly 10%. Heck, even CA does not have THAT high a tax.

Bill,

Best of luck with the move. I hope the next job is great!

If you need to store some of your whistle inventory during the transition there's plenty of room at my place..... :D
