NPU DVD's on reedmaking?

Post by Steampacket »

I've ordered the DVDs and Nicola sent it off yesterday though I don't expect it to arrive before Xmas. Does anyone else on this forum have the DVDs, what do you think? Seems to be a very interesting concept to film expert pipe/reed makers, Wooff, Kohler, Rogge, O'Briain, making I assume chanter reeds, prehaps even drone reeds for both D and flat pitch pipes. Piper Bill Haneman has recommended it. "The Heart of the Instrument - Reedmaking Masterclass: Benedict Koehler, Cillian Ó Briain, Andreas Rogge & Geoff Wooff"

Still waiting for mine, too. The mail can be a bit funny at this time of year, so who knows, maybe I'll get it in time to spend Christmas making a mess on the carpet. :D

Hey, Santa and the postman brought Xmas early this year. Just received the reedmaking DVD (actually , there are two) plus some CDs I'd ordered from Claddagh. Looks like it will be a messy holiday after all. :D

Oh no, these DVDs won't play in my DVD player or on my PC. Is anyone else having this problem? I wonder if the DVDs are in PAL format instead of NTSC?
