I am going to order one, backed by a syndicate of investors. $20 buys you a slice. Dale is already in. Drop me an email or pm and you're in, too. First come first serve. Once the whistle is here, I'll send it around to all the investors to try and actually touch.

Afterwards we auction the whistle off for a good cause, or for some cheap booze.

I'm going to watch this time, but I'll be happy to share the cheap booze with the crew later.

Although, do speak up if you can't rally enough participants--
there's something intriguing about being a part of a syndicate.

EM, they are all the rage at the minute, some people think they spot them all over the place: syndicates and coteries and protectorates and the odd bevy. You'll be let in on the secret handshake as soon we have proof (do post clip) you can play the Mason's Apron in time.

thanks for the invite, but I think I'd be better off with the Mason's trowel and a pile of bricks. Still, it wouldn't be my sense of timing that would fail me, but my clumsy fingers.

It's okay... neither do I. My guess is that's a good thing... being clueless in this case.

Maybe you didn't follow the other thread where Monster was asking what the expresion "getting laid" meant. Nano told him it was the egg thing, and I suggested it was a thing attributed to the Masons (blocks getting laid), so Teri-K referred to it as "masonry." It's a far-fetched joke for insiders.
