Uilleann pipers in Switzerland?

Does someone has knowledge about uilleann pipers in Switzerland? I thought there would be a few but Google doesn't tell me that.

There's a good piper called Marcus living I believe in Basel? Marcus plays the flute too. Sorry to be vauge, don't know his last name, he's a teacher there,and used to be a regular at Willie Week and Tubbercurry, plays a Rogge set. Flutemaker Tom Aebi would know

Yes, I've met Marcus a couple of times at WW. He's a great guy and a lovely piper too. Kunz is his second name as far as I remember.

Thanks for the input guys! I found an email address of Joe in the web and the search for an address of Marcus (Kunz ist his last name, yes) will continue.
I asked for these contacts for a new uilleann piper in Switzerland. I though it might be good for him to have experienced pipers around.

I remember of a piper association located in Savoy (French region close to Switzerland, just beyond the border). The association is called "Easter Snow". Depending on where your friend is living (Geneve, Lausanne, etc.) he could find some help here.
