I'd like to get a Shaw tweeked by this ubiquitous guy, Jerry Freeman. How does one actually get a hold of him?

Let's see if I remember my logic. Billy Joel sang a "New York State of Mind". Jerry Freeman is in New York, therefore Jerry Freeman is a state of mind. It just seems to follow.
