The Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann 2004 North American Convention is scheduled for April 15-18, 2004 in Parsippany, New Jersey. The convention website is now available at:

CCE 2004 North American Convention
Please forgive the bump - but if you can find a way to get down to Parsippany for the convention next weekend, you really ought to give it a try. You don't need to be a CCE member, or an expert musician, to come on in and have a great time.
If you want to stay over and the hotel is full, push them a bit. Cancellations do happen all the time, and they also can probably help you find another hotel in the neighborhood.

piping this weekend
Just a bump for the CCE convention this weekend. David Power providing a piping workshop in the morning (working on the hornpipe Boys of Blue Hill) and Isaac Alderson piping workshop in the afternoon. I've been told there are usually pickup sessions going on in odd corners throughout the day at the hotel convention site.
