Congratulations Tom! It's hard to believe that 10 months has flown by so quickly. When is the tonal baby due at your doorstep?

Congrats Blackbeer,
You're going to love this flute. My Lehart is one of the best playing flutes I've met . Having an in tune flute that blew well changed my playing. Its smooth, responsive and easy between octaves. I rarely have those days when it just doesn't sound right. I wonder if his embouchre has changed at all. The cut on mine is small and almost diamond shaped but still gives a huge sound. (I think mine is fairly old, unsure because I bought it used and it looked like it had been through a lot of use when I bought it.) Anyway enjoy, Patrick

Thanks guys, I am drueling with antisapation. Not sure when it will get here Eric. I figure next week some time. Wouldn`t this be killer, my Olwell bamboo should be due about then also. I may have to invest in a surplus heart/lung machine.

Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

Tom, there's nothing like a quality flute. I think you're going to have a cow out of sheer enjoyment.

Drool, sounds great Tom. Is it a keyless?

Anyway, photos will be much appreciated. Also a review once you've become acquainted with the flute. :)

Hey neighbor! Funny thing, just yesterday I got the Hamilton in the mail. I'll have to stop by and see your new flute when you get it and show you the the Hammy as well.
Take it easy.

Hey,

I heard from Frank yesterday that my Seery is on its merry way! Lucky for me, it'll probably arrive when I'm out of town, but my parents who are taking care of the pets promise to bring it in for me when they're over at our house...

So Tom, is it there yet???

Not here yet Eric. Should be this week though. This is worse than the 10 month wait by far.
Jeez David I didn`t know you ordered a Hammy. For sure lets get together. I`ll email you when it gets here.

just for some of giles lehart fans, i recently order from him 4 keyed flute ( with short f, gsharp, bfat and e flat). he told me that flute will be ready in march 2004. it is very short period! before lehart, i also contact thomas aebi from switzerland, but his flute was to much expensive for me.
