Hi, to everyone I'm Frank an Italian flute player
I've seen on ebay AGAIN a rudall & Carte (see item 2526880728)
I have seen this flute for the firdt time about 2 years ago on ebay with the same photos and I thought that it was a very strange rudall...
another fake???

No fake. This Rudall is legit. BUT, it's a solo flute in HP (452 in Europe in F) or F# (very unusual solo instrument).
The serial number doesn't match the 8-key flutes since it is Rudall Carte &Co LTD AND it is NOT a C (D) flute for sessions.
I had this flute a couple years ago and sold it, so it is legitimate. Just don't count on playing it at a session. It's a solo instrument through and through, maybe some cross to a few odd-keyed songs.
By the way, it plays pretty nifty.
