Just a note to let you know about a new CD by Lawrence O'Hearn. Irish and québécois tunes on whistle (and sometimes baroque oboe!).

Over the years Lawrence has perfected his own style of playing Irish music on the whistle. (It's different. Not really like anyone else's that I know of. But _very_ good.) And now, living near Quebec City, he has transferred his approach to French-Canadian music, to great effect.
