FS 5 Key F Flute

Post by accordionstu »

I had offered this for sale on here, then on ebay but despite someone contacting me after the auction ended it turned out that he wanted me to send it to Nigeria and it turned out that it was a Paypal Con.

So here it is again, I was hoping to get £450 but I am happy to take £350 as I need to pay for a Keyed D flute Please PM me of interested.

Miller Wicks flutes are made in Kilkeel, County Down, Northern Ireland. This Flute was made in September 2014 and is in pristine condition. It is made from Seasoned African Blackwood with 5 sturdy nickel silver keys and based on the design of the Hawkes and Sons Crown AZ flutes. The pads are as new, corks are all perfect, no cracks at all in the flute and I am sad to be offering it for sale. I may be selling other instruments to raise enough finances for a 6 or 8 key D flute.

Although the flute is high pitch it plays well as a solo instrument and by pulling the tuning slide out 10mm I can play along with other instruments in the low and middle 8tve.

Here is a clip of me playing it recently and below is a link to some photos taken on my phone camera earlier today.
All sensible offers considered, will post international.
