This reminds me of that Sesame Street book (fine literature) of the Cookie Monster - The Monster at the End of this book. What do you think will happen when we get there?

Maybe a prize for the first post on the 50th page. Anybody have a free whistle prize to donate?

By the way has there been any mention in this thread of whistles - Besides now?

Stunning photos!!! Wadda buncha CPs!

Red, I was near your place yesterday as CP younger boy had gymnastics meet at Cabrillo College. What a beautiful area...

Keeping the CP drive alive!

You picked a nice day to visit the coast...the weather was really nice, wasn't it?

To bring this back to political correctness (and hopefully kick it over to page 50)...did you know there's a grassroots movement to change the spelling and pronunciation of Cabrillo College? It's named, of course, after explorer "Juan Cabrillo," and is pronounced as if it were Spanish..."kuh-BREE-oh." Turns out, however, that the fellow in question was actually Portuguese, and his surname should properly be spelled "Cabrilho" (and pronounced with the "L"). The small but vocal local Portuguese community would love to see it changed, but I doubt it will happen after all these years of kids carefully learning to pronounce it "kuh-BREE-oh."

Redwolf, thanks, it was YOUR message I was looking for, on how post a photo on the board!

I won't do it here, but I'm going to try it over on the test board.

My first post to the thread. I've nothing to add to it, but I'm probably the only C& F member not to post to it yet-
