Jessie and Dan, I wish you every happiness life has to offer. I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes thinking of alll you've been through and how well everything is working out now. Have a wonderful life together and don't be a stranger -though it will be really hard not to have your world shrink to the space occupied by the new baby, hee hee. Most of all, don't forget to share then best thing you can pass along to him or her, your music.

Sniff :_) (smile with a tear), NancyF

thanks, Jess. . .I love shots that show me the dress. For someone who rarely wears a dress, and who had a wedding dress that was made from a bridesmaid dress, I have a pathetic interest in them. It was lovely, especially with the movement and such!

It just occurred to me and I find it funny that nobody has commented on the wedding cakes.

Well, yeah, now that you mention it "Minnie Mouse and JessieK" have never been concurrent images in my mind :)

I love to see joyful pictures!

My dad made Mickey Mouse cakes for my first and fifth birthdays, and when Dan saw them in old photo albums, he requested one of those and a Minnie for our wedding. My dad was touched and happy to oblige.

I'm sorry, Jess. But there's no way that Dan can be real. I see now that you must have doctored the photos. No man can be that sweet ;)

Tell us something.: Good to be home, many changes here, but C&F is still my home! I think about the "old" bunch here and hold you all in the light, I am so lucky to have you all in my life!

Nah, he's not too sweet...he is a neat freak. He is constantly picking up after me and hiding bills that I have laid out to deal with. He got home tonight and saw two things on the couch: a Kleenex box of used tissues and half a roll of toilet paper (would it take a genius to figure out that this pregnant chick with a terrible cold had to use toilet paper for her nose because we had run out of tissues, and that, not wanting to leave dirty tissues around the house - there is a lack of garbage receptacles here - she was using the empty tissue box as a garbage receptacle instead of just in case she wanted to use them again?). After I did the dishes, I came to sit down and blow my nose, but the roll of toilet paper was gone...it was in the bathroom on the back of the toilet. I asked him why he had put it there and he asked if I was feeling uptight for some reason. Geez!

Well Jessie, tell yourself that this is *nothing* compared to what I've been through with my current roomate. Fighting over the washing/drying machines, his darn cat, cleaning the bathrooms, his girlfriend who took over the appartment for some time, etc. At least I'm not pregnant :-)

I'm just guessing, but Dale caught the Bridal wreath didn't he? Does anyone here besides me know the origin of the Bouquet? I'll bet you'll be suprised... If you're wondering it's mentioned in the book "The origin of things."

So THAT must be why I caught this cold! First you get pregnant, then I do... then you catch a nasty icky cold, then I do. (Perhaps not the soundest reasoning, but it's better than admitting that going out on Halloween in the snow and wind with only a light jacket had anything to do with it... hehe. ) Just please don't go and break your arm or anything now, k?

Seriously though, hope you feel better soon. Kinda a bummer catching a cold when pregnant, where one is limited to what cold remedies one can use. Here's to some speedy recoveries....
