Can we be entirely sure of this Zub? After all, the verification has only come from people who have nothing to say. :roll:Zubivka wrote:
To Grouchy John from Orang county  : it seems the Australian address and ID of A. Syn, Esq. is quite reliable and verified.

- Tell us something.: I've been playing whistle for a very long time, but never seem to get any better than I was about 10 years ago. I'm okay with that. :)

Hi Wombat, have you ever said this:Wombat wrote:Oh, to answer one last question, some Australians do say 'cheerio' and some will even say 'g'day' if you ask them nicely. I won't say either, however nicely you ask me, cobber.
"right bunch of bloody Bushrangers"
and/or do you know what a "bushranger" is and why it might be used as a derogatory term?

Well, Mr. Syn, it looks like an awful lot of people around here want to wait for someone else to get one of your whistles and post a review before they buy one. I must admit I'm among them. So I'll volunteer -- please send me a free sample of the new whistle, and I promise to post a review. After that, it sounds like you'll be selling to just about everybody else on the board!
(Hey, it's worth a try, right?)

I wonder how long it takes to get a whistle from Australia...

Just got my Syn whistle by special delivery this evening!!! Guess I caught the Aussies on a good work week. Unfortunately it's a bit late tonight to be playing so I'll have to give it a go tomorrow and let everybody know.
At least now I know who the mysterious Mr. Syn is...or should I say Mrs. Syn???

- Tell us something.: I became interested in the beauty and versatility of Irish whistles and music over 20 years ago when I first found the Chiff boards. Yes, I do have WHOA, and I love my whistles. :)
