Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

I have read, reread and reread yet again Dale's review. I thought it was clear and not negative. Oh, well. Guess I don't get the point of this.

I meant to paste a different quote...I swear! But since that popped in instead...I wonder if the CCA would endorse boiled carrots as hardware, or whether they'd recommend a different, perhaps raw, root veggie.

I have this really cool idea... we invite all the OT posters to post in this thread, and then, while they're busy doing that, have Dale quietly close it, trapping them inside!

Ya think?

By the way I agree 100% with Tyghress, this Talbert is weird, his reference to Davy Spillane is annoying and who cares about Spillane? At least give us a great name for fak sake! Anyway, if I want new age, I'll go buy some Loreena McKennitt (or Dave Spillane).

Yes it does, the important differences between Butterless Spinach and Boiled Carrots, and which would make a better doorstop, and which should be thrown out with the trash

My main "takeaway" on this thread is this:

Zoob has the same inability to sign off and go to bed when he says he will as my newly ten year old daughter  . 45 minutes procrastination is NOTHING for her.

As an aside, as a ten year old myself we holidayed in Brittany (AKA Zoobydoobyland) and went down with food poisoning at the hotel. For years afterwards I thought it was due to the creamed spinach served at dinner........put me off the Popeye Special for years.

It wasn't of course, it was shellfish.
