I sure can.

The first is "pretty".

The second is beyond words.......

I've been a jazz and classical musican as well as irish flute and whistle player for years. There is something to learn from any form of music. Don't be so ignorant or afraid. It's comments like yours that snuff out completely what an artist is.

On a lighter note, I love that tune "so what" when Bill Evans is on the keys!! Cheers people

My musical taste runs fickle. I'm becoming addicted to YouTube. The journey has just begun...

Except for some obscure 1960's Miami rock bands, like "The Blues Image" or "The Kollection" everything I'm looking for is on YouTube.

At least once a day I listen to these:

Jimi Hendrix? sure...

Tonight, I searched the British rock group Yes, and found a few wonderful live performances. Here's a few samples:

Tell us something.: You just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don't need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don't need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free

I saw Cars recently, which lead me back to a great Canadian hit with a dumb video:

which reminded me of another great Canadian hit with a dumb video:

which in turn reminded me of what used to be called Canada's greatest little band no-one ever heard of (but who had dumb videos):

Watch out for May Matlock, (later called May Madlock). I think it's really Lambchop. Not in the early episodes but later when she's a germiphobe.

BTW, Andrea Martin was, IMHO the most talented on the show plus she's absolutely hot
I'm no longer trying a new posting paradigm

Nice find, Congrats. This is the same line-up that did the Stop Making Sense movie. Always great to see the Heads.

This is still my favourite:
TV version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mHnzGoX1fY
Live version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJE_H1MF ... ed&search=

especially when he asks, "How do I work this?" Makes me think of playing the UPs.

:o

Someone needs to tell that guy to stay out of his mothers mascara!
 Who knows, he may buy his own...

I kinda like the skinny babe with the pony-tail. I could use her to peel the old paint off the walls when I get ready to repaint the house! Actually, that style of high pitched razor sharp singing is very common in China.

Unless you have Asian fonts installed on your computer, you won't see the titles of these selections (not that it matters) it's in Chinese!

The titile of the first one is: Mountain opera feeling edition
and the second one: Two young married women and a piece of my darling
