I was considering it...and in fact, was thinking of writing a review for my website.

But then I thought: What if the whistle sucks, and I write a bad review because of it?

The last thing I need is Davy's lawyers breathing down my neck. He seems like the type to me.

So, count me out.

Ok. I haven't been a saint in regard to this Davy thing, but this is getting way personal, not to mention gross. And Phil as I have said to you more than once, privately, and so now will publicly, you have a vested interest in this matter and so you really need to butt out of it because it makes you look bad. Really bad. Don't post about this again.
