Some really great duet whistling. No accompaniment, just whistling, but that's more than enough :)

Ever wondered if Sir James Galway can play traditional music? Here's the answer, and it's a resounding NO! :)

BTW, I like Sir Galway, I have huge respect and admiration for the man. He's an incredible classical flautist and musician, but he cannot play traditional music.

Tell us something.: I used to be a regular then I took up the bassoon. Bassoons don't have a lot of chiff. Not really, I have always been a drummer, and my C&F years were when I was a little tired of the drums. Now I'm back playing drums. I mist the C&F years, though.

Puzzle me this. Why do you have to click embedded YouTube videos twice to get them to play?

You have to click on the video to select the player to be "active." From that point on, each click should work normally, until you click somewhere else.

Just lovely whistling, Tommy! Thanks for sharing those.

Your first no-name tune I know as The Bank of Turf.

Tell us something.: I love Irish whistles and I make them and play them and at times I enjoy talking about them. I also play Uilleann pipes and love Celtic music in general.

I love to listen to Ryan Duns whistle playing :) his lessons have helped me a lot. I was just reading this thread to see if he already got a mention but I didn't find one on the first few pages and don't have time to read the lot! ryandunssj is his youtube username, he has quite few videos on there.

and if I may be so bold, I've just recently started posting some videos of my own original tunes. Here's the most recent one, they're nothing fancy, just posted them so some friends across the pond could hear them.
