I think Liam should go all out and start speaking in tongues. translations are not needed as it's just so much fun to read his twang.. If it ain't broke...

Queens English is easier on the ear than Brooklyn English. Bronx English is not bad if you don't mind "turlet water" and "turdy-turd street". Staten Island is really in Noo Joizy and doesn't count. I'd opt for Manhattan English. But here in California, Valley Girl or Surfer Dude would suit Uilliam very well. Like, totally.

What? Oh, the Queen's English. Never mind. We are not amused.

Tell us something.: I'm here because I just wanted to change my location... but it turns out much more complicated than I thought. Do I already have the 100 required characters?

I´m always figuring out what kind of english is, if it´s slang, or an Uilliam´s invention, or arcaical English, but as a non native-english-speaker I´m embarassed to ask something like this.
I understand Uilliam´s posts quite well (most of them) but I really like the acid way to say things... just like Dr. House ;)
Thanks God for the opposite thumb.

I think the man is old enough to decide that for himself. I have no real problem with getting his points most of the time.

the thing is, 'the desicsion' seems to be 'let him carry on as is' - so if he carries on he is bowing to peer pressure, but if he switches to 'queens' he will be bowing to anti-peer-pressure. he could leave the forum again but that would make us all sad, or he could just never respond to this post, which is probably the best option.

I guess my humor didn't take. I like Ulliam as he is and I'm sure he'll have some outrageous comments as soon as he sees this thread.

There is a compromise ,he could continue posting phonetically but in a different accent. I think hollywood Irish would be good.
