Hey, Everyone!
Before I start my question, I want to tell you how grateful I am for you all on the Chiffboard. I have learned so much here. The other day I checked out Jerry Freeman's E bay site and listened to the sound clip of The Humors of Tuaimgreine. I loved it so much I sent to the Session and got the notes. Now I'm PLAYING it! Is that cool or what?

Now my question: We have Bible school coming up (teaching kids about Jesus) and the theme this year is sailing the open seas. I thought if I could learn a coupla sea ditties or hornpipes, that would be cool. More than two, I probably couldn't manage. Anybody know where I could find them?

This is a pretty, and slow, tune. The link is a graphic of the original score with lyrics. The D version, I transcribed into ABC from the graphic (to MT and the rest: cleared in hot on my transcription). I used Jens Wollschläger's ABC-Transposer to transpose it up to G, which I think sounds better.
