Really, Walden?
Yes, I believe one holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, though I am not of the religious persuasion which holds that the Catholic and Apostolic Church is confined to those in communion with the See of Rome.
Same here (on both counts)

Well, there're snakes aplenty in Oklahoma,

Water Mocassins
Spreading Adders
Copperheads
King Snakes
Bull Snakes
Black Snakes
Garter Snakes
Rat Snakes
Ring Snakes
More Copperheads
Diamond Back Rattlesnakes
Timber Rattlesnakes
Pygmy Rattlesnakes
Milk Snakes

And what are those long, bright green snakes, that are skinnier than an earthworm, that live in the woods around here, called?

Well, it dulled all the sensations for a bit...I think the lemon juice honey thing works as well.

With yer concoction, I kept wanting more flavor, I think that irish coffee is more my speed. Also, I kept wondering if it was cloves or nutmeg that would be better, tho I tried cloves.

In an old Gold Rush book, I saw "pan fixin's" which was similar to yer drink but with cornmeal added!

I once saw a two-headed snake in my yard. No kidding. It was just a regular ole garden snake, but its body branched out into two different heads! It was creepy.

What IS this thread about? The subject line doesn't seem to match the snake spake which I blundered into on the last page because, well, I was feelin' left out...
