Not my cuppa tea, but well played. I love hearing instruments played outside their usual boxes. I often play Bach on my whistles.

Picture a bright blue ball just spinning, spinning free
It's dizzying, the possibilities. Ashes, Ashes all fall down.

That guy looks like Keanu Reeves when
presented with a difficult math problem.

Duke: "Play them some funk..."
Bill and Ted: "Excellent!"
Duke: "On the recorder!"
Bill and Ted: "Bogus."

Is Benoît Sauvé the French version of "Johnny Smooth"?

More like "Blessed Saved". Doesn't ring so well in English, does it.

If you want "smooth", you want "suave" (swahv), same as in the English borrowing, not "sauvé" (so-vay). A and U switched, no accent aigu. Dunno how this'll help your recorder or whistle playing, but hey. You never know.

Ah, accent got me. Didn't even notice the "au".

"Sauvé" is like a form of "saved".

« J'ai sauvé le document » = "I saved the document"
« Tu m'as sauvé la vie » = "You saved my life"

[Back on-topic]: That's some pretty cool recorder playing. The left-handed playing style really threw me off.

The question is not whether or not that is impressive- it is- but rather, is it cool?
