Heart Song

Post by crookedtune »

There's a very nice air that gets played in the session I attend which I've been unable to find music for. The box player calls it "Heart Song". Does anyone know this, and hopefully another name that I might use to find the written notation for it?

Tell us something.: I used to be a regular then I took up the bassoon. Bassoons don't have a lot of chiff. Not really, I have always been a drummer, and my C&F years were when I was a little tired of the drums. Now I'm back playing drums. I mist the C&F years, though.

Nope, that's not it. Sure is a beautiful tune, though! I'll need to record it next Sunday and transcribe it myself. Then I can search on the abc.

Thanks, Cathy!

Ah, well. I knew it was a long shot. It was just the first pretty song with "chroi" ("heart") in the title that sprang to mind.

Let us know what it is, it's always nice to hear/learn a lovely new tune...
