As the creator of this thread, I'll respond to the critics.

MagicSailor, please read the poll question. Could you travel MORE by boat? You of all people don't need this option.

Folks who feel slighted because motorcycle is not an option. Just go ahead and check ambulance. If you're lucky, you'll get a ride in one. Either that or check crazy train.

Denny. I'm not even going there. You're on my last nerve.

Moombeam/Sunbeam riders, you go girls!

In terms of distance, most of my yearly transportation is done by motorcycle, but the poll apparently didn't include such an option.

In terms of ambulance ride, via motorcycle, BTDT, too.

Hey Denny, see what happens when you ask the conductor of the Crazy Train to let you off at your stop. Go ahead.

The USA has buses, trolley cars, Personal Rapid Transit Systems, ferry boats, and probably a few other public transportation systems, that I haven't thought of or seen.

Right. And trains, if you have them, are just trains. Most places don't have them.

I note you left out astral travel. Was there a reason?

I'm going Green this year Lambchop. I'm trying to encourage using the more Green forms of transportation. You know how much energy astral travel takes. What are you, a Wall Street Republican? Take a sunbeam and enjoy the trip.

You pedal with you feet and you walk the bike up steep hills and lots of steps. Check foot.
