You have two and five, Blackbird and Humphrey. Now move the other three around until they fall into place.

Then the one Makar got right would have to be number 1 Galway.

1. Galway
2. Blackbird
3. Gonzato
4. Mark I Feadog
5. Humphrey

Best wishes,
Jerry

I may do another one tomorrow, if I have enough whistles left.

Interesting on #4, which I thought was the odd man out from the start. I've sometimes wondered if my Mk I Feadóg is off, with its airy tone. But the clip tells me it's consistent with Peter's.

What is a James Galway whistle? Don't think I know that one.

It's a limited run James Galway labeled black top/brushed nickel tube Generation (current format). I don't know how long ago they were made.

Hmm, what happened to come up. Not sure now I
tried Donal Og and An Raibh Tu ar an Carraig for slow tunes and Mulqueen's (Spindle Shanks), Sean sa Ceo, The Rainy day and The West Wind. (hehe, I hadn't looked at it like that, the last three are an indication of the day it was)

Thanks MT,

It's been fun and some of us have learned some new tunes in the process :)

I'm glad to know the identity of #5 now. The overall tone in the clip was much more appealing to me than the other 4.
