Apparently the biggest Pirate was one Bartholomew Roberts. A Welshman. He captured more than 400 ships. I bin readin' about him. Blackbeard only became famous because somebody wrote a play about him. Roberts was the scarey one at the time (1720).

That's not fair Teach was a bad dude until he went straight. What made him famous was the way the English murdered him and then tried to cover it up by saying he was a bad dude.

Well, you can choose all the names you want, and then vote all you want. It's fine with me. Just don't expect me to use any of them for quite some time because it's not like I'm in the market for one :P It actually might be fun, lol.

Aye, Caroluna be a right worthy swashbucklin' lady. Have you e'er seen her
buckle a swash? Fantastic! Though, once when we was out a-wenchin', she
taught all our parrots to sing Manilow tunes. Arr, dere was much weepin' and
gnashin' a' teeth dat night!

I don't like pina coladas
Or gettin' caught in da rain.
An' last time I had some health food,
Th' waiter screamed out in pain!

I do likes drinkin' rum 'til midnight,
Wit' my share of the take.
So pray your ship don't meet our ship,
'Cause then, dere's no escape!

*squawk!*

We head out for the fall fishing at the beach on Sunday and the must go places is named after one of Blackbeard's crew members..

I can't believe it's over already!
I think this is fast becoming my favorite "holiday". An excuse to be publicly
silly seems to go a long way for me. I drove around yesterday blasting sea
chanteys, and I bought a Jolly Roger flag to fly out on my house. Guess I'll
take it down this morning.

yarr :(
