Yeah, Ava rocked. I will never forget her cheerfulness, her passion for irish music, and passion for life. May peace be granted to her... :wink:

Perhaps I'm overstepping my bounds, and if so she's welcome to offer a sharp reprimand to me when she sees this:

Ava's just fine. She's in Rochester for school, though I believe she'll be flying back out to the west coast today for a time. Several of us expect to see her for the winter solstice Great Rocky Mountain Session in Wyoming in about a week.

Know that she is alive and well........at 37,000 feet. :smile:

NY to Seattle, with pit stop in Wyoming? It's gotta be a long way.
Here's to Avanutria-- Image --if it wasn't for her pepsi-cola chanter, I'm not sure I'd joined the Board. Now you know who's to blame...

Alas, poor Avanutria! I knew her, Brian: a person of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy: her playing hath borne me on its wings a thousand times; and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is! my gorge rims at it. Here hung those lips that I have kissed I know not how oft. Well, okay..never. Where be your gibes now? your gambols? your songs? your flashes of merriment, that were wont to set the table on a roar? On her way to Wyoming you say? Oh, nevermind then.

TALKED to the one and only. . .

YEP!

Avanutria is NOT a figment of my vivid imagination.

:grin: he he he!
Light spills into the hidden valley,
Illuminating the falls, paths, and
The breathtaking Elvish dwelling
Set back among great trees.
Lilting strains of Elven songs fill my heart;
I am finally home.

Tell us something.: I'm a New York native who gradually slid west and landed in the Phoenix area. I like riding on the back seat of a tandem bicycle. I like dogs and have three of them. I am a sometime actor and an all the time teacher, husband, and dad.

Serp, you may think of Ava as a fig newton, but to me she'll always be twinkie, chocolate coated.
Say it loud: B flat and be proud!
