Yeah, that caught my eye, too.

I didn't know your daughter went to Belmont Abbey, Dale.
That's really close to my parents' house. Thought, I must
note that it's in Belmont, NC, and not in Charlotte. :)

Anyhoo, congratulations all around.

Congratulations to all! a most handsome couple.
(better cash in the stocks and forget about the savings, oh and order more checks Dale, you'll need 'em....I've married off two daughters so I speak from experience- one was paid for by selling four bulls :P, which were dubbed thereafter "The Bridal Bulls")

Dale, when you mentioned earlier that you daughter, Sarah, had gotten a job as a social worker in Indianapolis, I wondered why she had chosen Indianapolis, as there must be social worker openings all over the country. Now I understand that she wanted to be close to John, a student at Indiana University (my Alma Mater), who she met when they worked together with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Congratulations on your daughter's engagement. May they have a long and happy life together.

Congratulations and all the best for them.

I will confess that when I first opened the clip, my eyes landed on "John Henry" and I thought "Dale's daughter is marrying the billionaire owner of the Boston Red Sox?!"

Tell us something.: I used to be a regular then I took up the bassoon. Bassoons don't have a lot of chiff. Not really, I have always been a drummer, and my C&F years were when I was a little tired of the drums. Now I'm back playing drums. I mist the C&F years, though.
