"The Red Hot Polka"
"The Meltdown"
"The Crud in the Tube"
"Stuck Fast"
"Wrench It Off"
"The Old Soak"
"The Silver in the Bath o' Booze"
"Encrustation's Away"

Shall I stop?

(What's it worth?)

Now you have to come up with some tunes to fit those names. You got a couple of possibilities in that list. "The Old Soak" could be a tribute to an old rummy, and "Wrench it Off" sounds like it could be positively frightful. :D

No chance just now! I did write one entitled "It's a Mug's Game" a while back, though.

How's the frozen slide coming along, Bullfighter?

done!

the slide is now off.
thak you for all the methods suggested.
I combined all off them: i applyed alcohol, heat, oil, and a lot of condoms... what a party, my friends...

but talking about the tunning slide, the success came by the dowel trick.
but, instead of making a dowel... i searched around for something round having the inner tube diameter: 2 cents of euro coins!!

i just made a column of coins, glued togheter...
i'm the original creator of the "2 cents dowel solution" , don't forget it.
thanks to all!

Good stuff! “The Oul Column o’ Euros” or something in Spanish - “La Columna de Madrid” for a tune name…You´ll be getting requests from people in the US with stuck slides on French flutes – asking you to send them some euro coins because their coins don't fit…

Yes and because of it I won't be visiting the Imperial War Museum this year nor the Museo del Jamón across from the Prado.
