Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.

Esther Rose Hartopp was born at 0636hrs on 3/10/01, weighing a healthy 8lbs.

Mother and daughter are absolutely brilliant !!!

Jessie, The reason I had to leave her was the hospital made me. They wouldn't allow me onto the ward they took her into so she could rest and be given some mild pain killers. Hardest thing I have had to do !!

Tony, I will post a picture as soon as I can get one scanned in.

Once again, thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

GM, bless you for your email !! You are a gem.

Tell us something.: Good to be home, many changes here, but C&F is still my home! I think about the "old" bunch here and hold you all in the light, I am so lucky to have you all in my life!

WONDERFUL! Congratulations!

"before you ask I will answer..."

She was here before some of us even had a chance to offer our prayers, but we know they were heard and answered in your behalf!

Congratulations and here's a tune to learn.
One I found handy many a night with my kids.
Here's a link to the melody and a copy of the lyrics.

A Welsh Lullaby.

<a href=http://ecf-guest.mit.edu/~jc/cgi/abc/fi ... ide%29>All Through the Night.</a>

1. Sleep my child and peace attend thee,
All through the night
Guardian angels God will send thee,
All through the night
Soft the drowsy hours are creeping
Hill and vale in slumber sleeping,
I my loving vigil keeping
All through the night.

2. While the moon her watch is keeping
All through the night
While the weary world is sleeping
All through the night
O'er they spirit gently stealing
Visions of delight revealing
Breathes a pure and holy feeling
All through the night.

Music from the heart, may your heart draw her to ...

Congatulations!!!

Our third kid was a girl -a little red haired girl.

Keep practicing your whistle while she sleeps and you'll always be able to. I would make recordings on the piano and on various whistles to send to Clips and Snips after our three went to bed. They can sleep though anything. Me, I wake up at the drop of a pin, because my parents made sure that everything and everyone was quiet while I slept. My wife, on the other hand, had 11 brothers and sisters, and she can sleep through anything.

Take care, and God bless,
John

Tell us something.: "Tell us something" hits me a bit like someone asking me to tell a joke. I can always think of a hundred of them until someone asks me for one. You know how it is. Right now, I can't think of "something" to tell you. But I have to use at least 100 characters to inform you of that.
