So . . . who here enjoys watching "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader"? Those little kids are amazing sharp.

When I get up at 4am for a morning shift at work(thankfully, not very often) I catch all the infomercials for all the products that wouldn't normally advertise during the day. "Girls Gone Wild." Hmm. College girls on the loose. Some of the fine minds our educational systems are producing. Seems to me a smart person wouldn't want to be seen on one of those videos. Doesn't that stuff come back to haunt you?

It makes the birdies swoon
It sends them to the moon
Just like a big balloon

And I clicked the adjacent answer to the one I wanted at least once (I'm a charter member of Klutzes R Us). It was also encouraging that in most of the wrong answers I had been torn between two choices, and the correct choice was one of the final two.

Not so bad for 5 minutes without checking references. But I really wanted to break 90%

It was a collaborative effort (Mr Izz and myself...although more Mr Izz ;) ), and we got a 55 out of 60 correctly — 91.67 % . If he'd listened to me about the question about Burke, it would have been higher :P

You answered 48 out of 60 correctly — 80.00 %

Actually, I was surprised I did so well.
Those stupid economics questions killed me, and while I was able to eliminate many of the choices, I ended up guessing more than perhaps I should have.
Took me about 15 minutes, no cheating.

Heh. Any points I gain on tests I lose on musical ability. Listen to me play and you'll think it's a spastic 8 year old. With no rhythm. :D

I would feel much better if I didn't play like a spastic 7 year old!

And I'm just dumb enough to feel relieved by that insight.
