The flute player in the middle sure looks like Larry Mallette, though last I saw him he was living in Texas.

In fact that is Ramon, playing a very nice set made by B. Angus - though he appears to be sitting the tune out.
It's true that you'll catch more flies with honey than vinegar - but a big, steaming pile works best of all.
