Introducing TSDD

Post by Doug_Tipple »

The Tipple Squirrel Defense Device (AKA TSDD) appears simple at first glance but reveals its complexity the more often you observe the surprised look of the squirrels that can no longer climb the pole to pillage my bird feeder. According to the advice of my patent attorney, I have decided not to patent this invention but to release it to the public absolutely free of charge. All that you need for construction of the TSDD is a few scrap pieces of pvc pipe and some string or cord.

I'd love to have squirrels to need to be rid of. I haven't seen a squirrel in my neighborhood in years. Very clever, Doug!

So the squirrels stop and see those CPVC whistles hanging there and entranced by the rich, yet complex sound, start a session that goes on and on and on and forget about eating as long as you fill the nearby birdbath with Guiness?

Ingenius Doug!!!!!

Doug, I appologize, but I will need detailed instructions for reproducing said squirrel baffler. Looks simple enough but not clear enough. :D

When I lost my job in 2000, I tried to get my wife to let me hunt the squirrels in the back yard, but she wouldn't let me. Told her my grandmother had a great squirrel recipe, but she was unconvinced. I wonder if it's just an oklahoma thing :)
