I've changed my signature line according to the suggestions by Mute.

So now everyone should be able to tell at a glance where I stand

You rock to such a degree that I will use standard punctuation and capitalization from here on out. Labels, the world needs more labels. This evening, I'll update my own signature following your format, but just as a trial for the holidays.

I think signature lines should be pithy, suggestive,
epigrams, not didactic statements, especially not
when they go on. Quotations are a good idea, IMO.
