That is very nice work indeed Marcello. Very crisp and clean. Are we to be treated to a sound sample?

I will post a clip next week.
I´m now busy reeding my own chanter ´cause I broke the reed while tuning the pic chanter. Gotta play in a wedding next saturday 22nd :D
Thanks God for the opposite thumb.

Yes I pursue that dream, but with feet on earth and hands on the lathe ;), I love the UP, I love making, I´m trying to make instruments since I was 10 (obviously not UP but andean quenas, pan flutes etc.)
And learning... hmm... I think it´s still a process I read a lot from internet, the forums, other kind of pipe´s sources where the tools to make are similar, I tried a lot, I failed a lot, I´ve improve a lot, I´ve started with whistles in 2000, with smallpipes in 2003 and with uilleann pipes about three years ago.
My last step in improvement was when I got in touch with Davy Stephenson few months ago(God bless that man) from who I´m waiting some measurements to get more confidence to my finished work.
Thanks God for the opposite thumb.
